Transcend occupies a 5-story brownstone on a quiet street with vaulted ceilings, modern appliances, and plenty of natural light. We have a beautifully manicured backyard, a fully stocked kitchen, and common spaces for entertainment, co-working, eating, or simply hanging out.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom, high ceilings, and large windows with clear views of the local historic district. There is a maximum of 2 residents assigned to a room.
The house is walking distance from The American Museum of Natural History, Central Park, Riverside Park and Lincoln Center and minutes from Midtown Manhattan, so whether you’re catching a Broadway show, interviewing at a Fortune 500 company, or keeping an appointment with one of our clinical partners, you’re not far away.
Our chef cooks seven meals per week, tailoring meals to dietary preferences and restrictions.
Our Activities
Recovery is fun! From ski trips to beach days, Carnegie Hall to the Comedy Cellar, the greatest city in the world is the best possible place to rediscover your joy for living, free from substances and chaos.
All residents tickets/meals for weekly outings are paid for by their rent and out of house coaching clients are invited as well.
Tickets to premium outings, which happen once every 3 months are paid for when a client has attended an average of 1 event per week during that quarter and led an event of their own. This encourages commitment, accountability and helps foster the spirit of community!
